Can I Get My Onw Insurance?
May 28th, 2009 . by adminI’m sixteen years old and I’m getting ready to buy my first car. I’ve been working at Taco Bell to save up money for my car, so I will able to pay for it all on my own. The problem is that my parents don’t really want me to have a car. They have told me that if I want one, I have to pay for everything myself. I’m OK paying for gas and oil and repairs, and I know I need to buy license plates. But I’m wondering if I will be able to buy car insurance on my own? Do you have to be eighteen to buy car insurance? Are there any insurance companies that I should consider because of my age?
