Jill knew that with her current education she wouldn’t get the promotion she wanted. Several days earlier she had seen an ad promoting Msp training at half off the normal price when you purchased Prince2 training and Mor training together. Jill wasn’t sure if she’d actually need Mor training as risk management wasn’t really part of her job. Even so having Mor training may be valuable down the road she thought. Jill talked to her coworker the next morning asking if she knew anything about Msp training or prince2 Training. Amy, Jill’s coworker said she had taken a Prince2 training course several years ago and loved it. Jill was happy to hear that and asked Amy if she knew anything about Msp training. Unfortunately Amy didn’t have any experience with Msp training. Never the less Jill decided to sign up for all three courses that night. Several weeks later after Jill had finished the training courses she was called into her boss’s office as part of the promotional review. Jill explained that she had decided to take the three training courses because she believe it would be of benefit to her work and would improve her performance for the company. Her was boss was delighted that Jill had taken the initiative to learn new skills that would help the company improve and without a second thought gave Jill the promotion she had wanted. Jill was very happy and told Amy everything that had transpired. “I’m so glad for you!” Amy told Jill.
