December 30th, 2008 . by adminI would think that with a name like Fat Loss 4 Idiots that the program to help me lose weight by this name would be relatively simple. I have not known anyone personally who has used this diet so I am not sure how it will work for me. I am definitely not a detail oriented person so the less steps involved in the process to lose weight the Idiot’s way is what I am looking for. I know the weight loss itself will be hard so I need a tool that is easy to follow at least to get the job done.
