Proper rest period is essential when on a chin up bar

Very often, in their zeal to exercise, people neglect taking the proper break in-between the sets and this may lead to exhaustion or some injury. This is especially true for beginners. If someone is training for stamina and endurance, a rest period of 1 minute is fine. But, if training for power and strength, a 30 seconds break is required though for beginners a slightly longer break may be more apt initially. With the right training procedure and break-time, a chin up bar can work wonders.
