Use A Body Treadmill in All Weathers

March 30th, 2009 . by admin

There’s nothing quite like going outside for a jog. The air is fresh, the birds sweetly chirping. And you pass all kinds of other people, also interested in enjoying the sunshine.  But, what if you don’t live in a place where you can job easily? No problem. With a body treadmill, you can get just as much exercise as you would outside, but avoid the smog and other fumes that might occur if you live in a big city. You also won’t have to deal with unfriendly dogs who might slip their leashes, obnoxious bikers who pass you with little room to spare, wind blowing your hair, or a sudden rain shower. Of course, I don’t mean to depict “the outside” as something to be avoided, but there’s plenty of reasons why It makes a lot of sense to have a treadmill in the home, so that regardless of the weather outside, you can get some exercise.
