While it has been a month since getting dumped by my ex, it feels as though it’s yesterday. In fact, there isn’t a day that goes by where I don’t think of the good times we had and how incredibly matched we were. Nowadays, it just seems as if there is no one else that even comes close. I wonder if that will ever change?

Anyhow, I can’t think that far ahead right now. The only thing that would make me feel half normal again is reuniting with my soul-mate. I really need to get my ex back – there just isn’t any alternative. I’m hoping that in the days and weeks to come the situation will improve and an opportunity will present itself. We are, at least, on talking terms and that is a lot more than most estranged couples have.
