The 2009 season of Formula One has got off to a great start. Following a big change in technical regulations the established order of teams has been shaken up with McLaren and Ferrari in the doldrums and Brawn ( Nee honda ) and Toyota plus Red Bull producing excellent results. It is now being proposed that the teams should be budget capped in the future to further level the playing field. The figure being mooted is 30 million GB pounds per annume although this excludes such things as drivers salaries, hospitality and american motorhomes. Several new teams have expressed in ainterets in competing under these new terms.
