Avoiding The Blue Screen of Death

Nothing is more frustrating than losing all unsaved information on your computer.  This is frequently caused by what Windows users have come to call the blue screen of death.  When the blue screen of death does occur, there is little you can do other than reboot your computer and begin again.  However, there are steps you can take to avoid the blue screen of death.  The biggest culprit of the blue screen of death appears to be running too many programs at the same time.  It almost seems as if the computer and the computers RAM memory gets overloaded and has a nervous breakdown.  So, the biggest thing you can do to avoid having this troublesome menace pop up on your computer screen is to keep from running too many programs at the same time.
